| You’ve done all the packing. You’ve done all the moving. And now, in addition to facing a big empty space, you’re facing an even bigger question: how do you fill it? We have a few thoughts that might help answer that question |
| |
Use furniture drawers for extra storage |
Put breakable items on furniture cushions |
Store long items vertically |
Store glass & mirrors between mattresses |
Place smaller and lighter things on top |
Remember that chairs can hold other chairs |
Group like items as much as possible |
Use hand carts and save your back |

| The first thing you should put into storage is some thought. Let’s think: Empty space, your stuff. The possibilities are endless. But the space isn’t. What do you need to do? Will you need regular access to your items and require an aisle? Will that require a larger space? Or do you go with two smaller units and have easier access to everything? You know, it’s your space. You decide. |
